All orders are processed within one business day
(excluding weekends & public holidays) after receiving
your order confirmation email/communication. You will
receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to unforeseen circumstances at times,
we do at rare occasions have delays in shipping.
We will get to in touch incase such a scenario arises.
Orders received after 4pm will be delivered
the following business day.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout.
Kampala & Wakiso deliveries
Deliveries are made from 9am – 5pm on Monday
to Saturday. We will contact you via call /
text message / WhatsApp with the phone number
you provided at checkout to notify you before
your delivery sets off.
We offer shipping to nearly all parts of Uganda.
Delivery time for these shipments is within 2
working days after order confirmation.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a
confirmation communication from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of
receiving your shipping confirmation email, please

and order number, and we will look into it for you.
